![]() This site is quite similar to Google’s translation site. This is Microsoft’s online translator using Bing technology. Although I prefer Baidu’s translator and Google’s translator, this is a site that I used to check from time to time to double-check translations. This site can translate between Mandarin and 7 other other languages including English, Korean, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, and French. This is another excellent online translator from a Chinese company. Additionally, I really like the feature that allows you to translate between Cantonese(粤语) and Mandarin. One additional interesting feature is often when you wanting something translated, it will give you real examples of things similar to what want translated. To translate an entire URL into Chinese, just paste the URL, and click on the button “翻译”. This service allows you to translate entire websites via their URL into Chinese. By default this site translates from the detected language into Mandarin Chinese. As of the 30 October 2017, this site can translate between 28 different languages including Chinese and English, Korean, Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, Russian, French, and Thai. I think that this is the top free online translator from a Chinese company. This is a very good translator that allows you to look up words or translate entire paragraphs with no size limits. The fanyi part of comes from 翻译 (fan1 yi4) meaning to translate. ī is the number one site in Mainland China, and Baidu’s translation service is located at. Note though, if you want to translate to Chinese from another language, I would probably recommend either Baidu’s or Youdao’s translator. I think this is the best free online translator for translating from Chinese into a foreign language. You can learn how to do that with this article. You can even use Google Translate to draw Chinese Characters through your browser, and then translate that way. Another very cool feature about this is if you are going from Chinese to another language, and you want to use Google’s method for Pinyin, just click on Chinese for the first language, and then click on “拼”, and you will be able to type in Pinyin. ![]() In addition to translating from Chinese to English and vice versa, it can translate to and from Chinese in more than 20 different languages. This is probably the best of the online translators on the web. It is now very interactive, and can automatically detect the language that you paste into the input box. Revert translated webpage back to original language In the Translate to menu, select which language you want to translate to. Select the translate icon in the address bar. To translate the page into a different language: However, you'll still be able to translate it manually at any time. If you've set Microsoft Edge to never translate a specific language, you won't see an automatic pop-up prompting you to translate. If you select the translate icon in the address bar, the menu that appears also shows the status. Inside the address bar, you'll briefly see the status showing that the page has been translated. Note: You can manually return to this panel later, even if you select the option to Never translate. To skip translation, in the list on the lower right, select Not now to skip translation or Never translate to never have the panel appear when you go to a page using that language. To always automatically translate from the source language, select the Always translate from check box. The default is the language you've set for Microsoft Edge. In the Translate to dropdown, choose the language you want the page translated into. The browser will detect the language of the page and a menu will appear asking you to confirm that you want to translate the page. To add or remove languages from the list, in Microsoft Edge, go to Settings and more > Settings > Languages. A language is considered foreign to you if it's not included in your Preferred languages list in Settings. The Translate icon appears in the address bar when you go to a web page that’s written in a foreign language. If you open a page written in a different language than your preferred languages in settings, Microsoft Edge will automatically prompt you to translate it.
